Participant limit

The num­ber of users in the sys­tem is lim­it­ed. How many peo­ple can be in your account depends on your tar­iff plan.
The cost of using Work­sec­tion varies from $0 to $299 per month.

Basic — up to 20 active users
Busi­ness — up to 50 active users 
Pre­mi­um — up to 50 active users
Enter­prise — a tar­iff for large com­pa­nies. Con­tact us and we will for­mu­late a price for your num­ber of people.

Note: restric­tions apply to active account mem­bers. You can also add an unlim­it­ed num­ber of peo­ple to Con­tacts. The num­ber of par­tic­i­pants with the Read­er role (access to view infor­ma­tion only) can be twice the num­ber of active participants.

Payment methods

All avail­able pay­ment meth­ods are locat­ed in the account settings:

  1. pay­ment by Visa, Mas­ter­Card through the Fondy pro­cess­ing center
  2. pay­ment by bank transfer
  3. pay­ment via PayPal

If you can­not pay by any of the above meth­ods, please con­tact us and indi­cate your pre­ferred pay­ment method. We are always ready to meet you halfway ;-) 

Note: Pay­ment by bank trans­fer is pos­si­ble for legal enti­ties locat­ed in Ukraine and oth­er coun­tries. You can pay in UAH, USD or EUR. Non-cash pay­ments are accept­ed for a peri­od of 6 months or more. To pay, you need to sign a con­tract. We pro­vide the orig­i­nals of all nec­es­sary doc­u­ments (Kyiv).
Note: You also have the oppor­tu­ni­ty to pay for your account using bonus­es received as part of our affil­i­ate pro­gram. If you have any bonus­es, you can with­draw them in your Part­ner Area. Read more: With­draw­ing bonuses.

Our ser­vice is con­nect­ed to the Fondy secure elec­tron­ic pay­ment sys­tem, which allows you to pay for our ser­vices with any Visa and Mas­ter­Card cards issued by any for­eign banks. The sys­tem of secure elec­tron­ic pay­ments is based on the most advanced secu­ri­ty stan­dard – 3D Secure, which will ensure max­i­mum secu­ri­ty of your online payments.

3D Secure tech­nol­o­gy is part of the glob­al Visa Ver­i­fied by Visa” and Mas­ter­Card Mas­ter­Card­Se­cure­Code” pro­grams, which aim to pro­vide and ensure safe and reli­able meth­ods of pay­ment for goods and ser­vices on the glob­al Internet.

How soon after payment will the money be credited to my account balance?

  • After deb­it­ing funds from a Visa or Mas­ter­Card card, the mon­ey will be cred­it­ed to your account bal­ance immediately.
  • When pay­ing via Pay­Pal, funds are cred­it­ed with­in 24 hours.
  • If you pay by bank trans­fer, the funds are cred­it­ed from the moment the mon­ey is received on our account.
Please note: If your mon­ey does not appear on your account bal­ance in a day after pay­ment, do not wor­ry and write to us. We will def­i­nite­ly find it and cred­it it!

Payment via Visa MasterCard does not work

Per­haps your card is issued in one coun­try and you are try­ing to pay from anoth­er coun­try. In this case, the pro­cess­ing cen­ter may rec­og­nize this sit­u­a­tion as poten­tial­ly unsafe and block the pay­ment. If this hap­pens, you can pay through an alter­na­tive pay­ment sys­tem such as Pay­Pal.

How to change the pricing plan?

Only the Account Owner and the Account Administrator can change the tariff plan.

To change the payment plan, you need to go to Account settings - Payment plan and, when you move the cursor over the plan, you will be offered to "switch" to it.
After clicking on the selected plan, you will be prompted to confirm your actions. After confirmation, you will be provided with a new payment plan.

Note: During the trial period (which lasts 14 days from the date of account registration), you can switch to any payment plan without any restrictions.

Attention: When you upgrade to a plan with less functionality, make sure that the number of projects and files you have meets the quota of the chosen plan. Otherwise, you will need to archive some projects, as well as download and delete some files that exceed the quota of the new plan.

By what date is the account payment due?

To view the date of pay­ment for your account, go to the Account set­tings - Pay­ment plan
In this sec­tion, on the right side, you will see the
Pay­ment plan” block. In the Next pay­ment” field, you will see the date of pay­ment. If for some rea­son you can’t pay for your account right now, you can take 7‑day defer­ral
View the entire pay­ment his­to­ry in the Pay­ment archive”.
A noti­fi­ca­tion will appear in your account 7 days before the pay­ment is due.

You will receive an email 5 days before the pay­ment date. 

Note: only the account own­er and the account admin­is­tra­tor with the rights Access to account set­up and pay­ment” can see and receive the noti­fi­ca­tion by email.
