☝️Note! Integration with HubSpot is available for all current Worksection tariff plans, except for the free version. Access to connect the integration and set up automations is available to owners and administrators with the “Access to account settings” permission.
Step 1️⃣ — Go to the Worksection account settings.

Step 2️⃣ — Activate the required CRM system.

Step 3️⃣ — Be logged in to HubSpot, or log in by entering your details in the window that opens automatically.

Step 4️⃣ — Allow Worksection access to your HubSpot account by clicking “Connect app”.

Step 5️⃣ — Create a new automation by clicking the “+ automation” button.

Fill in the following fields:
- Select the funnel and stage from HubSpot for which you want to create a task;
- Select the Project in the Worksection where the task will be created;
- Enter a title of the task, if necessary, specify the duration of the task, priority, and responsible person;
- Additionally, you can select the information to be imported from CRM.
You can import several contacts from HubSpot to a task at once.

When importing contacts from HubSpot, the existence of the contact in Worksection is checked. First, by “Name + Email” and if not found, then by “Name + Phone”. If there is no match, a new contact is created.
☝️ Note! If there were any changes to the phone number in the CRM (changed, deleted, or added to the contact), the phone number in Worksection will not be updated, if a match is found based on “Name + Email.”

☝️ Note! You can automatically add the necessary fields from CRM to the task title. For example, the title “Deal dealname” consists of text “Deal” and variable parameter dealname taken from CRM.
#To add a new parameter, enclose it in curly brackets . The list of parameters is displayed in the “Fields” field:

Step 6️⃣ — Add other automations if necessary
