What happens if I don't pay on time?
If the balance of your Worksection account does not have enough funds for automatic debiting, then 7 days before payment, the account owner and administrators with the corresponding permissions will see a payment reminder block. 5 days before the payment the account owner will receive a reminder in the form of an email message.
If you do not manage to top up the account balance at the time of withdrawal, the account will be frozen.
Also, there is a 7‑day deferral block for customers who have paid earlier. Deferment is available only in an active account. After freezing, there is no possibility of deferred payments.
