Nova Poshta: with Worksection we can keep our finger on the pulse.

Артем Волхонский

Nova Poshta — a Ukrainian company founded in 2001, which has become a leader in the delivery market and a driver of its development in 16 years. The company’s network consists of more than 2300 branches across Ukraine.

For any large company, it is very important to manage internal communication effectively. This is especially difficult when there are many departments and employees in the company. It is often challenging for a manager and a supervisor to simultaneously control everything in projects and tasks. Monitoring takes a lot of time, coordination slows down work, which affects results and morale. To fix this, Artem’s team was looking for a convenient PM service.

For a long time, our company did not have any tool for managing all tasks that would allow them to be distributed, tracked, and controlled. And most importantly, that this could be done online, even outside of working hours.

To achieve this goal, we started using Worksection in the marketing department and immediately realized that this was exactly what we needed. Before that, Nova Poshta’s marketers used many different tools, but as practice showed, it was hard for people to understand and adapt to them. There were too many unnecessary elements that distracted from work and sometimes even hindered and complicated it.

Worksection is the first online tool that is understandable to absolutely everyone, even if you are not from the IT field.

At first, we implemented WS within one department. And it significantly simplified the reporting process, putting an end to XLS files and all the paperwork that was only hindering the work. We were able to track and understand which tasks consumed the most time. This way we effectively distributed tasks among employees and consequently increased productivity, efficiency, and most importantly, we were able to consistently achieve good results.

Then other departments started to connect as well. Today, the service is so integrated into the company that we conduct all work online, create large projects not only within one department, and can no longer imagine our work and communication without Worksection.

With WS, we can always keep our finger on the pulse, monitor the implementation of all company projects, easily communicate with all employees, and quickly solve arising problems.

Any large company needs a good assistant in communication and time management. Today, it is Worksection that helps Nova Poshta 100%.

Positive Aspects Noted by Us in Work

  1. Instant response from support
We receive an answer to any question within two to three minutes. Moreover, the responses are completely accessible and understandable.
  2. Cost of the solution
Today it is the most loyal on the market, making WS even more comfortable to use.
  3. Ability to correspond directly in tasks
This allows all participants to immediately see all updates on the project and always be informed.
  4. Convenient and intuitive interface
This makes Worksection a valuable and necessary product for any employee and manager.
