1. Search
Redesign of the search form for accounts and their results.
- Limit search by specific project, person, and time period.
- Switch to search in the Project Archive.
- Types of matches found in search results.
- Search results display enhancements.
Search added in the window for selecting previously uploaded files.
Thanks to dynamic search and convenient sorting by many parameters, finding and attaching a previously uploaded file has become much easier. Just start typing the name or extension of the desired file in the search bar.Search for people when selecting a task responsible.
Selecting a responsible person from a long list of participants is now much faster. Just start typing the name, and the dynamic search will filter out everything unnecessary.
2. Copying and Transferring Tasks and Subtasks
Make a task a subtask and vice versa? Easy!
At your numerous requests, we have added this capability. It is called from the “Transfer” menu. Transferring tasks and subtasks occurs with all nested tasks. That’s not all. We’ve added the ability to copy subtasks within a project and to repeat tasks with all their nested subtasks.
3. Changes in the User System
Ability to utilize unconfirmed employees.
Now you can assign tasks to users without waiting for their system authorization. The employee does not receive any notifications until they confirm the invitation. This allows you to assign tasks to new employees faster and create task lists without a real responsible person (e.g., for organizing task lists).Login via Google.
We have added Google integration. For login, just match the email of your Worksection and Google account. If there is no match, the account needs to be linked in the profile.Happy working!
