Nika Vorotyntseva's design bureau: we work effectively with Worksection!

Ника Воротынцева

The design bureau of Nika Vorotintseva specializes in interior design, mainly for residential spaces. It also provides design services for offices and living areas. During its operation, the bureau has received numerous awards at nationwide competitions. The team is focused on growth and aims to carry out more international projects.

We are currently finishing a project in Paris, and also have ongoing ones in Riga, Kazakhstan, and Moscow. Thus, our prospects and ambitions are serious. We strive to approach our work clearly, cohesively, and structurally. In other words, we are not all that creative and not very flexible. On the contrary, we meet all deadlines and commitments made to our clients. Therefore, our team includes not only designers but also professional managers. Accordingly, at a certain point, there was a need not just to draw diagrams by hand on paper or walls, but to competently draft tasks and distribute them.

We tried various programs. But they did not suit us. Moreover, these programs are mostly in English, and not everyone in our bureau has proficiency in it. Therefore, we searched for a Ukrainian product that met all our parameters.

Worksection helps us focus more on design tasks than on management and micromanagement. Because tasks seem to manage themselves with the help of Worksection.

Overall, it was very pleasant that everything in Worksection is clear, with a beautiful interface, and especially that the program was developed by Ukrainian guys. We have been using it for a year. At first, it was just an electronic way of keeping the same notes that we had on paper and in notebooks. But now — the new team of managers is mastering all the possibilities. Therefore, we are confident that very soon we will be super pros in this business.

I am very satisfied with the program. Of course, there is still room for improvement. We discuss this in close contact with support and other project participants. So I think everything will be great for both us and you.

Positive aspects

  1. The ability to manage the entire work process and address issues on one platform
  2. A convenient and understandable interface, and most importantly — a good design
  3. The ability to receive consultation in a comprehensible form and at any time
