Artjoker: we realized that with Worksection we have grown three times.

The com­pa­ny Artjok­er — an assis­tant in the devel­op­ment and growth of any busi­ness on the inter­net. We are engaged in mak­ing our clients’ busi­ness bet­ter. There­fore, it is very impor­tant to orga­nize the work of the entire team as effec­tive­ly and effi­cient­ly as possible.

When the num­ber of projects increased, we real­ized that it was very dif­fi­cult to track the time spent by spe­cial­ists on their imple­men­ta­tion. It was hard to pre­dict when the project would be ready, and this did not always pos­i­tive­ly affect rela­tion­ships with clients. Addi­tion­al­ly, the team’s com­mu­ni­ca­tion was con­duct­ed via email. This was very incon­ve­nient and time-con­sum­ing. To use the lat­est tools in the project, we had to spend a long time search­ing for the right mes­sage. Thus, we under­stood that we need­ed a tool that would pro­vide con­ve­nient and acces­si­ble com­mu­ni­ca­tion with the team, the abil­i­ty to quick­ly find doc­u­ments, and track the time spent.

As a man­ag­er, I can say that WS helped me at one point in my development. 
We found the link to Work­sec­tion on Habrhabr a few years ago. At that time, we hes­i­tat­ed for a long time about whether it was worth start­ing at all. We wor­ried that we would have to pay a lot, and the team would not be able to adapt well, result­ing in a lot of dis­rup­tion in work. But we decid­ed to take the risk and try to trans­fer all the work chaos to Worksection.

Lit­er­al­ly from the first day, we under­stood that it works. Every­thing is sys­tem­atized in terms of project man­age­ment, tasks are com­plet­ed faster, and each employ­ee’s time is cal­cu­lat­ed wise­ly. This has pos­i­tive­ly impact­ed the final result. Most impor­tant­ly, we can now con­nect the client to the project, and they can inde­pen­dent­ly mon­i­tor the entire process. This moti­vates us and great­ly assists in com­mu­ni­ca­tion with clients. Dur­ing this time, we have grown three­fold with the help of Work­sec­tion; all work is now con­cen­trat­ed in one place and is well organized.

I real­ly do not under­stand how we would have achieved such results with­out the task-track­ing sys­tem — clear, con­ve­nient, and simple.

Time is tracked in all tasks. At the end of the month, you can get a report and pro­vide it to the client. To briefly describe Work­sec­tion, it is — trans­paren­cy, sys­tem­ati­za­tion, and sim­plic­i­ty. What else is need­ed for qual­i­ty work?!

To sum up, Work­sec­tion is about trans­paren­cy, sys­tem­ati­za­tion, and simplicity.

It is also very impor­tant that Work­sec­tion is con­stant­ly evolv­ing and is always up to date. It is always with you — on your lap­top, on your phone; the sys­tem is very sim­ple, work­ing well and clearly.

The era of elec­tron­ic cor­po­rate mail has long passed. In the mod­ern world, it is impos­si­ble to suc­ceed with­out well-estab­lished com­mu­ni­ca­tion. There­fore, WS is a valu­able find that makes us bet­ter every day.
