Why Worksection
Vulychnayizha has been using Worksection since early 2018. I like the program: an intuitive interface, convenient communication with colleagues. Since switching to Worksection, the team has become more independent: people set their own tasks, communicate with each other, and add groups. Of course, I assign the key tasks as the manager, the team members resolve many issues among themselves.
Two Hours Was Enough
The Vulychnayizha team consists of 25 people. Everyone figured out Worksection pretty quickly. Personally, it took me just a few hours. We held a master class with the team, then everyone created their own test project, assigned some tasks, wrote a few things down — and it all became clear to everyone. After that, it was smooth sailing.
We Organize Festivals with Worksection
We run all of our events entirely in the program. We plan an entire festival through Worksection: we set tasks, approve designs, and note their dimensions, quantities… All team communication takes place in Worksection. It’s great that this can be done remotely.

Our contractors don’t have access to Worksection. It is strictly for the team’s own work and for administering all the projects. All data that the team works with is also stored in Worksection.
What’s Wrong with Asana
Before Worksection, we used Asana for two years. We decided to switch for several reasons: it was expensive, confusing, and impractical.
When working with Asana, the team was less engaged in the projects. With Worksection, it’s different.
What We Use
Of Worksection’s additional features, we actively use “Privacy.” “Reactions,” on the other hand, we don’t really use. We keep things quite simple: a task is assigned, a task is done.
Not all data we work with should be accessible to the entire team.
Suggestions
There is nothing in Worksection that gets in the way of our work. We’ve learned the program well. Everyone knows how and what to write, whom to mention, how to tag, how to add, remove, and hide things Everything is quite clear. That said, it would be nice to have a short onboarding course for new employees.
I don’t have any complaints or suggestions about working with Worksection. Things come up now and then, but I can’t say that any specific part of the program doesn’t work for me.
