There is no sep­a­rate appli­ca­tion. How­ev­er, it is pos­si­ble to dis­play a short­cut on the desk­top, which will be a kind of appli­ca­tion for the com­put­er.
To do this, if you use the Google Chrome brows­er, you need to

1. go to the brows­er settings,
2. click on ​“More tools” and
3. click on ​“Сreate short­cut…”.

If nec­es­sary, you can enter a new name for the short­cut and click ​“Add“
A short­cut will appear on your desk­top, through which you can access the ser­vice.

Note: When you log in through a short­cut on the desk­top, by default, only your account will be dis­played, no oth­er win­dows (tabs) will be dis­played. If you want the sys­tem to run in the brows­er by default, you need to uncheck the ​“Open in a sep­a­rate win­dow” box at the stage of enter­ing the name of the shortcut.
