How to enter an account?

There are two ways to enter an account:

№ 1

Open the main page of your account (for example, yourdomain.worksection.com), and it will automatically forward you to the system’s entrance page.

Instead of the PetWell logo, there will be your company’s logo.

Enter your email, password, and click on «Enter». This way you enter the system.
If upon logging in you click in «Remember», then in the future you will be right on the main page of the project having bypassed the process of authorization.

№ 2

Almost on every page in the right top corner of the worksection.com website, you can click on the button with the key symbol, and that will open a login window.




Please, note! Whichever way to login you choose, the language of the interface will coincide with the language of the login page.

Can I access the service through Google, Facebook, or Twitter?


Yes. If you have a Google, Facebook, or Twitter account, you can access the system in just one click. This way you do not need to enter your login or password.



For such an authorization, it is required that your email address in the Worksection account is the same as in your Google or Facebook account.

If emails are different or you prefer to enter through Twitter — no big deal! You can link your social network account in the settings of your profile. You can enter your profile settings with the help of the top menu .




In the «Personal settings» section, just link the accounts. This way, you will no longer need to enter email or remember your password when accessing your Worksection account.

I forgot my password. What do I do?

If you forgot your password — don’t worry! There is a way in the system that will remind you what your password is. For this, use «Forgot password»1 link on the account’s login page.



Enter your email (or copy it from the previous window) and click «Send» button2. A reminder will be sent to your email.

My account is locked. What do I do?

Account lockout occurs after 5 failed login attempts (error in your username or password). After blocking, each user receives a letter to their registered email that contains a link to unlock the account. This is done for security reasons.

Please, note! In some mail servers (for example, mail.ru), an email can end up in the spam folder. If you have not received the email and have not found it in the spam folder — then contacts us at [email protected].
